How to decide how to design a bot as you want it to look like and which language can follow, or tutorial to be able to build the design of a program, etc

I thought there's already a tutorial on how to do that on their website and you can even ask on their forums?

There are various options to do designs. It is also possible to design a front end using various plugins. The forums are best as well as the wiki. It is a powerful tool with many options.
