Hire a PHP developer he made your site like addmefast and also there is alot of smiler template and clone of addmefast in google.

You won't be able to make it yourself unless you are a web-dev. As seoranksart says, hire a PHP developer.

Be careful of these 'nulled' files, there might be malware/virus lines within the context. If you plan on long term, I recommend just building it up yourself with a webdev. Save you a headache later.
