Is there any way to delete someone else's youtube video? or making youtube delete that video?

just FLAG it multiple times using a different IP each time
FLAG it for copyright infrigement or whatever reason thereis on the option
just do that several times and it will surely be taken down fast
 
snow is right, I tried for one of my friend whos competitor posted his ad copy on craiglist, and within 20 minutes his ad was removed lol..
 
I wonder if that works the same for videos that have been up for a long time and/or have lots of views?

Yeah, it definitely works. I didn't personally click the buttons, but an employee of a client had a series of videos that were ripped from their site pulled from YouTube when they decided to run a YouTube campaign by just flagging the videos. No need for DMCA takedown requests for the most part. Viacom's big DMCA runs were done to cover their asses and so they could post losses on "stolen copyrighted materials."
 
so, I'll create let's say 30 fake accounts and flag the video from a differrent IP for each account?
 
I had 3 good vids taken down last week - YouScrewbe said "Copyright Infringement" from some completely unrelated Direct Marketing company.
All I could think of was some Reps didn't like me taking some of their potential traffic and they flagged me.
 
Why do you want to waste time deleting your competitors videos , while you can use that amount of time to create more videos of yourself to be UPLOADED ??
TIME is MONEY , YOU HAVE TO THINK ANYWAY SO THINK BIG !
 
I hate people that flag my video cuz im getting traffic. I got a trick for that. My video be right back up in mins.
 
Yeah talk about having a scarcity mentality. "Someone else is getting more traffic than me, I'll sabotage them." That's how a 9 year old thinks.

I can understand using the method if someone is stealing content from you, but to use it just because someone else is getting views and you're not...?

Sounds a little juvenile to me. Also doesn't sound like an activity that produces positive results and puts cash in my pocket.

This is what I don't get. Since when is that what "blackhat" means.

That word has been taken and turned into something totally different than it used to be, mostly by noobs who like to use it now as an excuse to steal and attack others instead of trying to make money themselves.

Blackhat used to refer to things like cloaking and fooling the search engines and so on. Now it just seems to be an excuse to be an asshole.

Sorry if this pisses some people off, but it's true.
 
People on DP are using the word blackhat to sell fraudulent products. I reviewed a product telling you to cheat paypal. It was plain fraud. This isn't extreme though. Natural tards flag our video everyday with no real intention. They flag at craigslist, they flag everywhere. I don't think this is a one sided thing. I wouldn't do it though but it is still a good idea.

I thought "Blackhat" was more a reference to old cowboy movies when the GOOD guys alway wore WHITE hats and the BAD guys wore BLACK hats.

In this day and age there are so many shades of GRAY, White is Black to some and viceversa...
 
Yeah flagging other people's videos isn't just low, it's a huge waste of time. It's ALMOST as low as trying to get your competition's website blacklisted by big G. Instead of trying to beat them by fireballing their videos, beat them using legit blackhat tactics ;) Remember, what goes around comes around!
 
people that sabotage other people's work are low life fucks that can't make it for themselves and are happy to drag everybody to the bottom along with them.

Um, blackhat does mean and HAS meant doing dastardly and often illegal things for at least a decade before the first online affiliate program was created. If your personal interpretation is different, that's fantastic, but most people who've been around for a while have an entirely different perspective of what that word means, what it represents, and who can legitimately call themselves one.

To understand a bit of what blackhat means, read about Kevin Mitnick, Mark Abene, Robert Morris, Eric Corley, Jason Burks, and Craig Neidorf.
