You simply just go to the photo then at the bottom right you'll see three dots "..." press that and you'll see the delete option. If that's what you're asking for

Your best bet is to get one coded yourself so all your needs can be met.
There aren't any free bots available that delete photos as far as i'm concerned.

For what its worth, hire somebody on oDesk for you to do it. Since the Job is easy you can easily get someone at a good rate. People there are will to work even for $0.5. you can change your password once the job is done.
