Hey guys, is there a way to get someone's comments deleted in subreddits where I'm not a mod? Does it help to report the comment with multiple accounts? Do downvotes help? What should I report it as? Spam? Hate? Does this even work? It would be great if someone could help me.

You can downvote it to ensure it doesn't show up but once it is indexed it will be there. You can message the mod and ask him to remove it. You can offer either money or explain your situation to him.

You can mass downvote to hide them also if the subreddit has an automod rule to remove comments based on reports, you can mass report the comment.

Apart from the options listed above, you don't really have any recourse. Even if the account was deleted, the comment would remain.
You have to get the mod to somehow remove the comment. You could try a bribe.

Has anybody ever had any success with offering money to mods? I feel like they wouldn't like it and would ban you right away.

Depends on the amount of money you offer, even the most stereotypical reddit mods have a price.
