How to deindex my old sites?

Hi guys,
After all that updates my micro sites are gone but i would like to take content(which is good) and put it to my new authority website.
My before i do that i need my websites denidexed to avoid duplicate content.
I have set it in settings in wordpress but sites are still indexed also i have hidden posts but still indexed.

I have the same problem.

Just remove the sites completely after transferring the content. When the google bot sees that there's nothing there they will deindex them themselves, just takes a few weeks.

Once a copy of the site is stored in the databases of the search engines, there's not much you can do short of removing the site and waiting. Or you could redirect the domain to some other resource so that people can't visit the old content ... although there are some services that may be keeping it on file in some archive that people can access if they choose.

The best way for you is redirect 301. Not deindexing, you will lose those link juice that you have build before.
