How to defend blogs from Click Bombing?

My friend got click bombed and Adsense banned her, please tell me how can I secure my blogs from the same fate? I have few blogspot blogs and few Wordpress.

How unfortunate.
I saw Wp quads guys promoting adsense protection tool so just buy it
But you'll have to pay a lot

Yeah, but it can be dangerous also, because Adsense might not like what they are doing...

There is some plugin for wordpress sites that allow you to set a CTR manually and you will not be able to get a higher one.
Like you may set 2 or 3 % and you will not get a higher CTR,thus you will be safe,ads will not be shown that day anymore.
Something like this,and I don't remember the name of the plugin

There is no such plugins or softwares available that they help you to prevent your site with click bomb. However you should monitor your site traffic and remove your site from unwanted advertising networks.
