How to Decrese Page CTR in Adsense more fast

I have adsense account and my blog page view is 3713 , Clicks are - 598 & page CTR is --16.11% .
Now i want to increase my page view 50k per day with minimum 3-4% CTR. But first i want to decrese my
Page CTR TO 0.00 & after work on this project.
If any one have some good idea then please help me.I am waiting for reply.
