Higher spam score does not really affect the website ranking. You can get the backlinks list from search console and remove those spammy links by contacting the website owner!

Decreasing spam score is not a big task for any one who is facing SPAM rate. Check your website at different tools such as SEMRush etc. and find all website that are pointing towards your website and are SPAM, collect all these websites and make a disavow txt based file and remove all those website backlinks.
