How to deal with this?

Hi all!

I am promoting my project on various platforms. One such platform is Product Hunt.
A few months ago I created a product and attracted Customers to write several reviews. Then I switched to other tasks and put off working with this platform for the future.
I came in today and this is what I saw - https://joxi.net/5md74nkS3bJOvr
So that you understand, Pizda is an abusive name for the female genital organ in Russian, and Posral means poop.
They purposefully lower the rating.
I have experience in removing negativity on various sites, including this one. And I even know which of our competitors does this. But of course I won’t stoop to their level.

How do you fight such stupid and pathetic competitors?

Don't let their mean actions bother you; just keep doing your thing and shining bright.
 
Rise above the noise and focus on delivering value to your customers – let your product speak for itself

Would you rather be hated for something good you're doing, or don't do anything at all, and not be hated?

It's better to take a stand for what's right and face hatred from those who oppose it, than to avoid action altogether and not be hated.

If you ask me, I choose the first option. Any time of the day.

Do stuff, stand out. Haters gonna hate ;)
 
Lol, yes, when I see videos with Russian people they say something that sounds like "pitz dee-ets", but it is more like saying "holly shit" more than referring to a vagina. You know, when you say "holly shit" you are not really talking about shit, let alone holly xD

But what do I know. I don't even speak English, or at least not natively. I only speak Spanish and a bad one :).
 
Even the best products in the world don't have 100% positive reviews,so why bother yourself do what you do best.Negativity is natural.

The essence of the issue is that these are not honest reviews of the service, but unfair play by competitors. especially since what was written was an outright lie
