how to deal with this ERROR message on IG?

"Sorry this feature isn't available" "an error occurred while processing this request, Please try again later.....we restrict certain content..blah..blah"

i've been keep gettting these errors once i follow quickly....and it usually takes occasionally a day or more to fix...im not sure how to handle this problem and fix it....ill try lowering down my settings and then see what happens

you kind of answered it yourself when said "I follow quickly". increase delays. because when you do something too fast, this triggers the spam system.

nothing you can do, just rest it for a couple hours or 24 hours

true....but in only started happening to me since about a week ago...it probably is one of instagram's changes again...ugh

It may possibly be that your acc has been flagged. I am having trouble with commenting now. I used to be able to do over 200 comments. Now I get similar error message after 30. I've tried resting for a few days, changing my spintax, increased delay. Nothing seems to work. Just a pain now.
