i donot have the paypal create phone number,now the paypal login need psd2 Authentication ,how to deal with it ?i need call the paypal to add a new number ?
anyone have a new method ?

I think your best bet would just be to call PayPal and ask them. Hopefully, this is your legitimate account and not a stealth one- that may be the end of your account if that is the case.
