How to deal with negative ratings ordered by concurrents?

Hello, My new app just got about 20 ratings ordered by concurrents. How did I recognized that they are ordered? It is just not normal to the app with 100 downloads get 20!! negative ratings. Has anyone experienced this?

I'm new to this, so I could be uncorrected in terms. By "ordered ratings" I mean ratings that published by concurrents.

report them as spam reviews.. and hope for google to remove them

It is rating not review, I can't report them...

Then you will have to pay people to do good rating on your app to put the balance to normal and of course a ton of new download to make sure its evenly organic

I dont see any other way

Report them explaining if they don't purchase your services and leave negative impression.
