As the title suggest, I would like to know how to create ads myself ant not have to rely on ad networks.
I have a few websites and they all run popup/banner/native banner etc scripts, very simple copy & paste codes.
The point is, these networks often feel like they're paying me pennies for high quality T1 traffic which I know has a decent convertion rate as I've tried some smartlinks.
Point is; I have signed up for a bunch of lifetime revshare programs, a simple affiliate link via which users sign up and I get comissions from them for life. I want to slowly switch to this model, instead of relying on cpm and ad networks paying me.
How can I create an ad "server/engine" where I could input about 100 different affiliate programs into a popup code, which would trigger preferably based on location or at the very least at random.
For example; I keep seing the same affiliate program advertised on my site by crapton of different advertisers (the affilaite link is always different) if people keep spending money to advertise on my site, logically - wouldn't it be more profitable if I just use that adspace for my own ads?
Any information would be extremely appreciated! I use wordpress, perhaps theres a plugin for this?
