How to create wordpress user profile ?

Hello guys,
I would like to know if you have any techniques to quickly include an user profile page in yours Wordpress sites ?
I mean, I know how to do this but this will take some hours to code everything, so maybe you have founds some useful tools, or plugins to do it faster...

Ok I misspoke, I meant the editing profile page. This plugin add fields and modify user page, but user still go to "dashboard" with a lots of useless fields and tabs...
I would like something simple and fully integrated in the theme... Like a widget or alike

It is very easy first of all you signup and then you login in wordpress you see their profile and you can create profile there

yes that is the easy way, if you still do not understand, you can search videos in youtube on how to create user profile in WordPress.

Just login wordpress and in user options, select add user option,you can add your require information.I think this may help you
