How to create wiki backlinks

So, I've heard all this big talk about creating wiki links.

My question is how do you create them manually? I searched everywhere but I simply don't see where I can do it.

I have created some wiki links. You can try to search in google "Powered By Media Wiki" or "powered by Wikka Wiki" . Actually there are lots of wiki software like Media Wiki, Tiki Wiki, MindTouch and etc. Just search in google "Comparison of Wiki software" Wikipedia and you will find lots of Wiki sites there.
P.S. Actually I have some examples of Wiki and Media Wiki sites. I can give you some of them, just for testing how to create wiki links.
