How to create webpage click and copy/paste app?

I have zero knowledge of programming but I dont know how to ask and where to start about it. I do a simple job in everyday manually. So i just want to move on to a script/app for this process to do it automatically.

The routine job process is simple:

• Logging into a web forum site
• Choosing specific category
• Copying one of the forum topic and its body
• Pasting them into our website's wordpress add new post -with title and post body-
• Putting some code before and after the external link
• Publish the new post
• Then ok.

How can I make this automatically by a programme?

There are also other demands that I have in my mind but once I can reach those process by programming an app i will move on too.

Does Visual Studio is okay for this?

As you said you have zero knowledge on programming, you shouldn't go for raw coding. You can use imacros, ubot studio, zenno poster etc which are made only for this kind of task. You can use those with zero knowledge in programming.
