If you want to record something on your computer, Animoto is the best option.
If you like to edit another video that you recorded or got it from somewhere else, Windows Movie Maker or Sony Vegas Pro (depending on your needs and knowledge)

Windows Movie Maker for free. Camtasia for paid. Sony Vegas for paid. You can go for trial for paid softwares too. If you are using a smartphone, you can shoot videos and edit them right from the device and publish the finished product online. There are great and cheap paid apps that are available now. All you need to do is put your clips together and the app can provide you the professional looking effects.

I think you can use Powtoon. It is a online video make and have a lots of premade video scripts for different type of presenation and sales. Check it out. There is a free version of it available!

There's a lot of video editors online. It depends on the quality you're looking for. I recommend you to use after effect for high quality video.
