At first, you need to use Credit card for SEM rush payment. No worries, Entropay (entropay.com) is a good solution for this. You can delete vcc of entropay after registration of semRUSH Account. 
Please select the basic account to create up to 5 accounts ( just konfirm email and comlete postal address) this vcc is anonymuous, you can use fake name or address and phone number for semrush account.
one entropay account can be used for unlimited SEMRush, simply by removing and re make vcc
This way you need not spend any more money only issued for deposit into Entropay approximately $5
