How to create tier 1 backlinks manually?

I'm going to create tier 1 links manually but I really don't know how to start and what to do? I'm looking for some articles or explanation how to create tier 1 backlinks and what I need to create tier 1 links(proxies etc.?)? How many backlinks daily I need to create to new site(1-2 weeks old)? Which backlinks is good for tier 1- web 2.0, article submit?

Building links manually means you're going to register at different sites to add your link there.

Search for web 2.0 sites, social bookmarking sites, doc sharing sites (search for a list with the all backlink types too).

Once that, you'll figure out how to register and create a manual link.
