How to create this using wordpress + divi ?

Hi,

I use wordpress and divi, and would love to have a navigation pannel similar to this one : https://www.electroguide.com/



There is nothing similar within the modules provided by divi. How can I get more modules or create one?

PS: I need to navigate through pages as I have started to build more pages than posts. I don't plan on making many posts but rather evergreen pages. (is this good btw ?)
