How to create this type of Canvas Ad (Sample Included)?

Hello, it appears as a normal advertisement at first. It displays image, basic info but when you click on the call to action, a drop down appears that loads up a video and the actual page of the website link I provided. I tried to do this through canvas ad customization but found no such option. How can I do this? I provided two examples below so you can see what I am talking about. Thanks guys!

Anyone? Have also asked this twice in the facebook ads forum with no response. Even emailed facebook support... You guys are my last resort at this point :/
 
I know how to make those type of canvas ads. But The type of ads I have been running into aren't really customized (these canvas ads, you custmoize them with your own images, ext...) The ads I am trying to create dropdown the website page,that you want to link to. So, the landing page you want someone to go to actually drops down from the facebook ad without you having to leave facebook at all. That is what I am trying to do but see no option for. Yet, I've seen many ads do this recently.
