How to create this kind Permalink in wordpress?

I have seen a Wordpress website that created a page/post url like this: example.com/tea/green

Here, example.com/tea is a unique post or page.
example.com/tea/green also unique post or page but related to the tea.

He has created example.com/tea/ a few backlink in this page.
I guess, example.com/tea/green page will get link power or juice for this url structure.

I have seen that is wordpress website. How he able to create that kind permalink structure?
In wordpress permalink you cannot use "/" this. But how he is using this?

Any suggestion?

It's using nested links. Like category > Sub category in your case tea is main category and green is subcategory listed under tea. Hope that makes sense to you.
