How to create profiles like this ?? Few guys use to create high DA profiles to get ranked, and it works even. But i guess it's some kind of sql injection attack. Or maybe personal sites ??

Most often, these links do not really contribute value back to your site, and they can be removed anytime by the web owner.
And since the links do not have search engine friendly URL, that is yet another problem having these links.
A bulk of these links can be built, but I noticed that they gradually decrease, as the owners are actively removing them.
