How to create surveys panels multi-account

This me to worked to some extent, but the maximum that I have achieved are $ 15 per account and I am banned. To create these accounts using the program Change MAC address to change the mac address and use a vpn payment to change ip address and modify the vpn as a local port, remote port, encryption options... all different for each account, yet continue to baneandome already have lost much time and about $ 70, not is to hope that someone can help , the idea would be create different accounts on a same pc in pages where have security to avoid this, is attainable since I have it echo to a certain extent, but I have no knowledge about this to achieve a long-lasting basis.
