I don't know, but I don't see anything special that we couldn't do with After Effects.
About the 3d, AE allows 3d but I don't think it needs it because it is only scaling.

illustrator i think , and you need experience to make those hire someone better

After effect for animation

That is 3d and After effects does that but you will need some 3d shapes.

For example, it is what you could do with AE , 3d and camera:

AE, knowing the basic, it's pretty easy peasy.
