How bout getting a CMS or a php script that is already providing what you need?

You can create a php script that forces a download via a link
and only one ip allowed each download
or add it to a database where the user enters a unique number toget the down load ...

you have to program it your self ....

Best and easy way setup wordpress and wordpress plugins...

Thanks , but how do i get software list from ? and how do i earn from them...just wanted to know detailed aspect of it.
