How to create social profile links

I want to create social profile links for my money sites but can't find any useful tutorials.
I create several new social accounts on FB, Ins, Pinterest and post my site link on them. . Is it really useful because of my new accounts? or Should I buy social profile links? or do it myself with bought accounts?
I find it is very boring to create accounts myself because of the social strict rules.
