How to create small size videos fast?

Is there any software that can create multiple videos of very small size ?

I think there is one article to video converter but the size of video is very big.

I found out that if I produce videos from windows live movie maker and use "Title" option to write some text and use 2 slides (not powerpoint) without any effects it produces video of only 600KB :D
 
I use Xvid4PSP to re-encode all my files into MiniMP4/MiniMKV files.
 
Do they need to be original? You can rip videos from youtube pretty easily.
 
You can use video spin blaster for this purpose. It is on sale in the BST

i will advice you using animoto.com, here you can create good and short video but you can't be download if you use paid service when you can use all function that's really good and easy.
 
Camtasia studio, you can do a quick job with it, upload a few pics + mp3 then pick a theme. If you want more advanced editing use Premier - what i normally do is rip youtube and edit (new audio, call to action txt) it using premire:)

So, you have to pay in order to effectively use animoto? How much? I am using camtasia, video spin blaster and the east article to video software, just haven't decided what is easiest, fastest and best.

Both are really good.
 
Animoto videos are so boring. Why not order a video for $5 at Fiverr?

Camtasia is very good for that idd, just convert them to mp4 and they are around 15mb or even smaller depending on the length.
