I post articles on my website regularly, could you tell me how can I make RSS Feeds. I am totally unaware of this RSS thing, how to use it and what to do with it.
How good is it in terms of SEO and what are its benefits.

Hi,

You can also use this: http://www.rssgenerator.net

Will check your site and produce RSS feed.

Save the outputed file as rss.xml and upload.

Then link to it from your site.

There's also Feedity and RSSMix...I use both sources to create RSS links and submit to directories. Search both in Google and you'll get the sites.
