What would be the best way to create a RSS Feed for USFreeAds?

You can use Ice Rocket to make an RSS feed and put the link to your USFreeAd into the feed and then ping it.

Click to expand...

When you create an account on your left you will see " Create a new manual feed" just click on that and start adding the usfreeads urls and descriptions manually.
