Get a VPS with at least a single IP address and use my script to install Squid as an elite proxy.
    Simple :)

    Code:

I'm familiar with squid, but I couldn't find a way to install it as non root. Is it possible?

Yes, you can pass any traffic through the proxy

You will need root access unfortunately

I think best method to get Your own private proxies is get linux server , then install and configure squid.

Usually we get 1 machine and 16 /32 ips. You can get a cheap one server as You don't need strong cpu or much Ram

it's more hassle to create them, renting them out should outweigh this. be sure though to use the right ones and make sure they are exclusive to you.
