I think he meant how to put up link in the PBN.

It's not different than other types of link. It's about your linking strategy especially anchor text using.
Before link from PBN, make sure PBN blogs have no footprint. So that Google can't find out quickly that links from PBN blogs.

you just need to start having websites which is processed from other other country and after that you just need to start giving links in the guest posting of those websites !

Currently I'm doing gambling sites and would like to build pbn to send traffic but seem like pbn might take longer time to have result but China company is expected me to have huge organic traffic monthly. Do share with me what can I do/?

How do you check if they have footprint or not?
