yeah, you just need to create content and index it, but make sure you create content around keywords that people search for, otherwise there's no point in doing it. And also make sure to optimize your content with SEO entities for extra long tail keywords traffic. If you don't know what entities are use a content optimization tool like Frase, Surfer SEO, or NeuronWriter... or even SEO plugins like RankMath / Yoast, I think those have content optimization capabilities, too...
