Its very easy if you have bulk CC/vcc


Actually you can't get working free vcc source easily.

Actually, you don't need ANY Vcc for creating Bulk accounts

There is no need for VCC. I personally know this method, but one thing I can say is no need for VCC. Yes, proxies and vpn are required to do this method. But the thing is that the "only way" is the create a a bot or program to automate this(selenium can be used), manually creating this will take a lot of time.
