not being funny, but if you need the answers to ALL of those questions, then its probably not for you. I think building a blog network is long, hard and expensive and if you don't know what your doing it will probably get de-indexed pretty quick.

you will be wasting money if you build a network and are asking questions like these.
pay for a service and save yourself the headache of having a network deindexed because you made some stupid basic mistake.

Answer: Don't do it.
Reason: Because you asked that questions, it means that now don't waste the money on it yet.

A: Who know exactly but just know one thing is that it's not cheap.

A: Just think about the word JUICE from higher JUICE.
This is not something that could be done with little or minimum effort. You need initial investment as well as further investment. Furthermore, the knowledge of how to do them well is more important than anything else; otherwise, you will lost all of the fund.
Beside, you could find someone to do it for you but make sure they know what they're doing; otherwise, the result will be the same of losing money and time.
