I might have been inexperienced once, but that wasn't a reason for me to lie to people. It would be better if one wrote something like this: "According to my knowledge...".

If we open the same email on another device then it will ask for to confirm your identity/ phone number. isn't it?

You have to remove your registered phone in your gmail account settings...Each time you remove the registered number in your gmail settings it gives you one more possibilty to create a new gmail account withe the same number.It works for me.
Also try not create a new account in chrome , but in firefox as it doesn´t ask everytime for a phone number...

Your ISP is the point, using sock and make new computer with VMware. And make gmail with Opera

You have to register it in manually, with US private proxy and clean browser (firefox or opera)

Yes i can do it also, but the problem is you can not do it more than 2 times. I created 3rd VMware and it stop working. I guess they still see the my orginal ISP

Yeah, you can create it 2, 3 times with once proxy. And Create a new one with new VMware, install a fresh browser, fresh proxy.
Here, I just registered 2 accounts without phone verification.

create a 3rd one or 4th , you will see its stop working. Im headache with gg now cause of this. anw let me pm you about this issue.
