Many website fix this method, but still useful at many places....
You can use + method when signup to any product or newsletter. So if any of them start spamming then you know who is guilty.

Used to use this for GSA SER back when I started but due to spam filters set by Gmail I ended up using other catch all services. Finally just use zoho mail with own domains now.
