I'm looking to create multiple emails that can be used for a long time. Can anyone who knows how to create multiple emails guide me? Thank you very much

It's getting harder and harder, very soon you'll need a driver's license or something for a email, early days.
Does this email require a phone number?
You can try proton, but I'd avoid Microsoft their the worst.
Last I recalled you can use subsidiary emails with the main account of outlook, not sure if it's changed, because you could do that with Gmail at some point.

I want that email to be able to work for a long time and that email to be able to receive codes from platforms like FB, TT, YT
If you asked that question 10 years ago sure, now it's all about organic emails, cooled emailed, rested emailed, cookie cleans and finger print separated emails, so you can see why your question isn't easy to answer, sure you need a player on bhw that has retro emails but they will not be cheap because you're competing against others that have systems already in place.
If this blew over like bitcoin miners people would gravy train emails to you, but if fresh emails are what you want and you need 50, and you want organic emails you'll need a proxy or at least a few verified phone numbers.
Depending on your country vouch or find someone to get you a certified number,each country or service can provide that but you want a static number not dynamic or temp.
While certain phone numbers attract better verification, others not so.

For Temporary Mail, Proton Mail Is be good for you. Also, Some Other Platforms provide disposable mail but they are for some piece od time

For your first emails, it wont force you to type any phone number or anything else. You can skip it. At some point it will start to force you to enter for example your phone number. If that happens, wait a few days, then try again.
Ive made +100 emails with this easy method.

buy a domain name and create accounts with it.. you can create with google business in gmail as well you can also get a custom gmail ..

I'd suggest just buying accounts then use POP3 to read the emails
How the fk are you gonna remember that, I use numbers much easier like T1,T2, anyways using a number does get flagged easy if they share the same phone number.
Don't use 1 phone number big no no.

Use mailbots, if you if u need only gmail.com then go with clones use vpns

Didn't this method stop working long time ago?
There is one method but you'll need to automate it, having a cgnet connection helps, it pretty much is a VPN built in by your isp.
Cgnat is shared IP, something like a shared website like Wix, or wordpress, they all share the same up but the subdomain inherits the main, obfuscating it with URL shortners help.
Anyways cgnet works on the same principle every time you reset your pc it's a different device because a new ipv4 connection is added, great for piracy, add finger prints and you can generate 10 emails a day or more but you need to write it all down, getting 100 is good starter business... Yet if a number verification appears wammo your 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 emails is gonna be a pain
Best to organically automate it, but clearing finger prints example:
Browser id, hardware, latitude and longitude, ect that's finger prints,
Cookies are cached information so when you sign in it targets ads or re-authenticates the account.
Lastly GPS spoofing is like going onto Google maps and it states your last login, VPN providers offer this, but not the best option to a real SIM card.
All this helps reduce the dreaded phone number but you have to do this for each account.
So automating it with a macro helps, I'm not refering to selenium macro.

you can always use free services like doggy.li or cock.li if its mostly for receiving emails.
