How to create multiple Adsense accounts

I have created more than 5 Adsense accounts without verifying them cause I used to connect them to YouTube channels and sell with the channel.

Recently, whenever I try creating even with new phone number, they will reply that my application can't be approved, I have 2 Adsense account blah blah blah.

How can I fix this problem? Will I need proxy? Where can I buy and do you have any other suggestions?

Hi, it's against Google's policies to have multiple Adsense accounts. You can have only one account per person, except for certain business entities. Attempting to create multiple accounts can result in permanent ban.
 
how these youtube channels withdraw to the same account when they are running multiple accounts?

I tried, but Google advice to keep one account. They can caught multiple accounts.

How were they able to link to previous accounts sixt time?

This problem has been fix. I use multi login browser and free proxy or Vpn sometimes. I want to use your free proxies in the forum but they don't work
