How to create multiple accounts?

Hello everyone I was just wondering how you can create multiple youtube accounts. The thing that is stopping me is the phone call confirmation. I have been looking for a way I can receive calls or sms online but every service that I have found uses a set list of numbers instead of random ones, so people have already used them all to register youtube accounts.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is definatly one way, where is the best place to get bulk unused SIM cards? Are SIM cards transferable between brands or do you need to buy specifically for your phone? Will SIM cards from any country work?

As long as I have minutes on my phone I can use any SIM card right? Each SIM card provides me with a different number right? So as long as I have a working phone can I just switch SIM cards into it? If the cards are made in a different country does that effect the billing?
