1st you have to use a different internet connection, for example, if you were using DSL, Try to use your mobile internet or setup the account somewhere else.
2nd make the accounts and go daily and act as a regular human, comment, share, likes, post, etc

it's not expensive like you think, let take Hidemyacc as an example, https://hidemyacc.com/pricing, you can take a look here, and compare to other antidetect browsers, some are expensive, some are not, just read more their reviews on gg

Try to use proxy (4g or IPv4), use completely fresh browser, ideally antidetect one, new phone number and new email adress. Also you can try to register account from another device (mobile phone for example)

To create multiple Facebook accounts is not difficult. It's harder to maintain and not get locked out of your account by Facebook
