You're wrong starting with the "back-links for any new website". There are not many universal backlinks that you can use for every website nowadays. Find niche websites, local ones, local media too. You'll not do well with DF links from any high authority ones. I promise you that.

starting with backlinks is not a good option when it's a new website. i think you to concentrate in blogs first

you can start of with social profiles then press release then social signals

Use them as a base

before starting to build the real links like

guest post, pbn, etc etc
