That's called PWA - Progressive web apps
Like said above, modern themes are always responsive, so no issues to view on mobile or tablet devices, but if you want it to be downloadable at APP stores, you can make it a PWA, or there are some more methods to do this, I don't know too much of it.

Those "apps" are just iframes in a blank basic "app". You have to code one yourself or hire someone to do it for you to make it work as you want it.
Convert your WordPress store to mobile apps called web view. I have the source code for any sites. It's like a builder page (elementor) ,theres splash page your logo and menu with the icon.

It is easier now to convert these websites to apps as they can be converted into a standalone webview like app. You should shell out some cash for such though.
