How to create mirrored websites?

How does one create a mirrored website . An example would be Wells Fargo Mortgage Consultants. They each have their own website, but it's basically all the same info with exception of their location and picture...any ideas?

look for website cloning software , any good cloning software could do the job, solution depends upon your budget and website functionality you are looking for. few days back i was looking for same functionality for one of my network concept website, i had found some good solutions but before suggesting any of them, i need to know your budget and more functionality you are looking for... if its only about creating clone website with little updates like changing contact info. and pictures then i guess you could get cheap solution which might cost you $100-$200 only but if its like more functionality like network marketing works then good software comes in range of 5k-10k dollars.

If you use a real OS, like linux, you can simply do this:

wget --mirror http://www.example.com/

And you get a copy of example.com right on your hard drive. Ain't that neat?
