How to create massive buzz for a new website?

Hi blackhatters, I am not sure if particular information relating to this has been shared before but I would love to know, how does one go about creating massive buzz for a newly launched website?

For example: I have a cool website which is something new and I want everyone to talk about this, blog about this etc..how does one get started?

I am sure this information will be very useful to me and to a lot of people

It gets started by making it functional and add some content to it that is mind blowing and something that makes people go "OMG WOW!!!!".... Ping a bunch of sites (theres a list on here some where... search for it) and bam.. google is crawling your website, keep adding content every day and pinging all of those sites and by the end of the month you should be getting at least 100 visits a day.

Well thats not 100% of how you do it all... And besides you posted this in the wrong place... You should of posted it in the WH section or something.. And I recommend you doing/learning WH techniques first so you know what you are doing and its a lot safer.... But once you are experienced enough, you can mix in some good BH techniques to help sky rocket your rankings, visits, and other stuff...

Man I know so much, but I become too lazy to do it. :/ I suck lol.

Posting to Social Bookmarking Sites
Building friends and contacts on Networking sites like twitter, facebook, etc
Press Releases
Build up rapport with members of Forums or Communities related to your niche, and build hype.
Contacting other sites in your niche and ask them to blog about you, send out something about your site to their mailing list, or have them advertise your site. Many people may be willing to do one of these if you will provide them with an affiliate link for your product or service if that is the nature of your site.

One key is to make whatever you offer seem hard to obtain or limited. You can use countdown timers, limit sales or access.

Get the best content you have at your disposal as far as pictures and interesting info, then post it to reddit .c o m with your link attached, you sometimes get lucky and get some serious viral traffic with this as well.

The best 'buzz' creating idea that I can think of is some outrageous referral program. You know those free iPod pyramid schemes that were running a couple of years back with incentive CPA offers? Do something along those lines and give away something like a new hummer or a new boat. You could even do a new motorcycle for under $10k. If it's related to your niche, it'll generate a ton of traffic.

You can also do some serious viral Youtube marketing.
