there is a method I use:
1. Download tor browser then Google how to use tor browser without tor network.
2. Create an account with fresh proxy and phone number.
3. Once created, Enable two factor authentication with Google authentication app.
That'd how I created 10 account within two days without getting banned.
For the picture, I use my different picture in case they ask for verification. But so far, no problem.

Use high quality proxies. Cheap or low qualities will get your account roadblock or ban sooner...

Use proxies to create account and make sure, you are not using single proxy to create multiple accounts.

What proxy provider do you recommend?
ISP or Residential proxy? Or whatelse?

I tried by downloading a picture from the web, and flipping it.
But the account ran banned in the same day.
I'm not sure if it was because the picutre, or because the proxy.
Anyone has any advise?
