how to create link building for a classified website...

my website is a classified website xookr.in and i am really truggling to get traffic now....

i don't know i am doing the right link building procedure.....

my problem is if today i am creating a link for my website means than my webmaster is showing a hike in search query and if tomorrow i am not creating link than it is keep reducing, if again not creating the next day than again decreasing, i don't know why ...i think link building is not that fast...currently i am doing only forum link and some directory submission...sometimes i am creating a link in website with good PR but than also decreasing in search queries ....i am really confused

please guide me to get links

Start posting for your website on that websites which is having very good Alexa which will bring you lots of visitors.
