How to create landing page like this?

Just have a look at this site:

He is having same page as the sales page. How to create like that one?
He is having many products being promoted under the same domain.
Whenever I search for some popular products like google snatch, commission blueprint I see this particular site on the adwords. He must be making a killing.

He has not done any web designing. It is the vendor's sales page. What he has done is simple redirection. (that person has not even bother to cloak his affiliate link, so if you want you can even find out what keywords he is targeting) Once, he has milked the particular offer he change it to other offer by changing the redirection.

If you don't know, then let me tell you this is a simplest, oldest and lazy person's method to earn money.

1. Buy a cheap domain ($1-$2, .info)
2. Redirect (some domain registering company do it free) it to the vendor's page with your affiliate link.
3. Find keywords (usually given by your vendor) and start adwords campaign. (if the account is new then you will get $50 coupon free if you search, otherwise invest $50)
4. Relax and watch the money roll on your affiliate account.

Of course, initially you have to do some work. But once it starts rolling, not much work. No black hat worries. I have done it long ago. (may be 4 years ago)

I wish it were that easy, from my experience, adwords traffic is shit now. You'd really have to select the right campaigns and have a kickass landing page to make any kind of worthwhile sales.

He is using frames.. When I see the code of the entire page I see these lines

Here you can use this site for ad free redirects. They use the Iframe to hide affiliate links from potential customers.

NOD32 blocks it as an attack page.

The web page is on the list of websites with potentially dangerous content

But he is everywhere promoting clickbank products in adwords. Definitely he must be earning a lot.
