the official android simulator is capable, but it is painfully slow even on better configs to the extent which renders it close to useless at least for this purpose and not too user friendly
that chrome extension didn't work either when i last tried, maybe they updated since then, idk

I have used Andy OS. In my opinion it is better than Bluestacks.
