how to create instagram account from windows ?

as mentioned in the title, is there any easy way to register on Instagram from windows not through mobile ? and not through Bluestack ?

I have used Andy OS. In my opinion it is better than Bluestacks.

bluestacks yes, any other simulator most probably no, because they don't support ARM native code which is needed to be able to run instagram
the official android simulator is capable, but it is painfully slow even on better configs to the extent which renders it close to useless at least for this purpose and not too user friendly

that chrome extension didn't work either when i last tried, maybe they updated since then, idk

just bluestacks is very heavy on my PC as I use windows server 2012

I have problems installing Andy on my windows server and usually lose my internet connection, but thanks anyway

Simulators/emulators do work. It's that you need to put in HOURS of extra research to make it work, lol.

I remember I spent like 20-36 hours before figuring everything out.
